Thanks to their single-stage Venturi technology, the MPXS Series micro vacuum pumps quickly achieve a maximum vacuum of 85%, making them ideal for dynamic applications requiring rapid cycle times.
A choice in nozzle diameter determines the power of the MPXS micro pumps. A nozzle diameter of Ø 0.7 mm achieves 0.53 SCFM, while a diameter of Ø 1.0 mm delivers 0.92 SCFM.

The MPXS series is available as standalone modules or banks of up to 8 modules, with options for standard or powerful blow-off with common pressure and collected exhaust.
- Blow-off Control:
The MPXS series vacuum pumps feature an adjustable timed automatic blow-off, saving a controller output.
In addition, there is an optional version with powerful blow-off (F3), adjustable via screw, ensuring blow-off up to 1.94 SCFM.
