With the MPXS series, COVAL delivers a range of micro vacuum pumps engineered to provide industries with a solution for efficient, high-speed handling of airtight parts. As part of COVAL's lineup of intelligent vacuum pumps, the MPXS series offer exceptional performance, energy efficiency, and advanced communication capabilities.

• Ultra-compact and Lightweight

Measuring just 12.5 mm in width and weighing only 87 grams, these vacuum pumps are ideal for integration close to the part on robots or automated systems.

• Suction Power

Thanks to their single-stage Venturi technology, the MPXS Series micro vacuum pumps quickly achieve a maximum vacuum of 85%, making them ideal for dynamic applications requiring rapid cycle times.

A choice in nozzle diameter determines the power of the MPXS micro pumps. A nozzle diameter of Ø 0.7 mm achieves 0.53 SCFM, while a diameter of Ø 1.0 mm delivers 0.92 SCFM.

Equipped with a Human-Machine Interface (HMI) and an IO-Link communication interface, the MPXS series allows for quick and easy installation.

It offers continuous diagnostics, centralized configuration, and efficient communication with higher-level protocols such as EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, and EtherCAT.

The MPXS series also features Air Saving Control (ASC) technology, enabling up to 90% energy savings when handling airtight products.

The MPXS micro vacuum pump HMI allows for easy and efficient reading of the pump’s operation.
The high-visibility display includes all required inputs for full operation:

• Modularity

The modularity of the MPXS series offers a wide range of configurations, providing great flexibility in installation and use to adapt to the varied needs of industrial applications. The MPXS series is available as standalone modules or banks of up to 8 modules, with options for standard or powerful blow-off with common pressure and collected exhaust.

- Blow-off Control:

The MPXS series vacuum pumps feature an adjustable timed automatic blow-off, saving a controller output.

In addition, there is an optional version with powerful blow-off (F3), adjustable via screw, ensuring blow-off up to 1.94 SCFM.

- Electrical Connections:
With its M8 6-pin electrical connector, the MPXS series is designed for easy and quick installation. Available accessories include connection cables with snap-in M8 connectors, facilitating implementation.
